SECONDARY SCHOOL GRADUATES' LINGUISTIC AND PERSONALITY ATTRIBUTES: EFL TEACHERS' PERSPECTIVES

Secondary school graduates who pursue a university education should possess linguistic and personality attributes other higher learning abilities. The lack of any these traits may significantly impact students' future endeavors. This research aims to identify secondary graduates’ their types; discover significant differences in English as Foreign Language (EFL) teachers’ perceptions due gender (male/female) years teaching experience; how contribute Saudi EFL success. It correlates the teachers' responses based on type attributes, gender, experience. Furthermore, it reviews would To achieve its objectives, study applied descriptive-survey approach, using questionnaire semi-structured interview collect data from 61 teachers (33 male, 28 female). results showed that perceived possessing (linguistic/personality) at medium level. Significant were sample for (linguistic/personality), favoring respondents’ experience favor those with 6-10 However, this did not reveal respondents' (male/female). Based findings implications, work asserts influence graduates' initiative, competency, tendency hard work, and, most importantly, study, through blend enriches understanding like correctness, fluency, grammar, reading, writing, oral communication skills. has explored clarity regarding desirable traits, including motivation, interpersonal skills, ability independently in-group. Suggestions recommendations conclude study.
